Benha University is pleased to announce the opening of applications for participation in the Erasmus+ KA171 Staff Mobility Program in collaboration with the University of Huelva (UHU), Spain.
Available Opportunity

• 1 Mobility Slot for academic or administrative staff from Benha University under the project:
  2025-1-ES01-KA171-HED-000326309
• Type of Mobility:
• Teaching Mobility (STA) for academic staff
• Training Mobility (STT) for administrative staff
• Duration: 5 working days (plus 2 travel days)
• Preferred period: During UHU International Week – May 4–8, 2026
• Destination: University of Huelva (UHU), Spain

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be currently employed at Benha University at the time of application and throughout the entire mobility period.
• Not carry out mobility in their country of residence or current employment.
• Demonstrate sufficient proficiency in English and/or Spanish (minimum B2 level).

1. Motivation letter.
2. Proposed teaching/training activities at UHU.
3. Certificate of English and/or Spanish language level.
4. Proof of current employment at Benha University.
5. Curriculum Vitae (CV).
6. Documents proving special needs or disadvantaged background (if applicable).
7. Supporting documents for relevant skills or professional qualifications (if applicable).

Selection Criteria

Financial Support

• Daily allowance: €170/day (for up to 5 days)
• Travel support: €580 per participant (based on distance between Egypt and Huelva)

Total funding covers a maximum of 5 working days plus 2 travel days.

Obligations of Selected Participants

Selected candidates must:

1. Sign a Grant Agreement and Mobility Agreement before departure.
2. Arrange travel and accommodation (UHU will provide support).
3. Obtain health insurance covering medical care, accidents, and repatriation.
4. Complete the final online report required by the European Commission.
5. Coordinate teaching/training plans with Ms. Mariluz Capelo (drinter09@sc.uhu.es) at UHU.

Special Provisions

Applicants with special needs or from disadvantaged backgrounds are encouraged to apply and may be eligible for additional financial support. Supporting documentation must be submitted with the application.
