Benha first Egyptian university Receives ISO 9001: 2015

Prof. Yousef Elkady President of Benha University, received the certificate of ISO 9001 for the year 2015, as the first Egyptian university to obtain this certificate. The university had obtained the ISO 9001 certificate for the year 2008 last year through 14 administration of the university. Four new General administrations were added, legal and law affairs administration, Administrative security, Commodities stock administration and Housing Administration to make the number of administrations of the university with the certificate of ISO 18 management. Prof. Elkady Greeted all the employees of Benha University who responded to the directives of Prof. Abd Elkader Abd ElKarim, Advisor to the President of the University of Management Quality who said that these achievements were accomplished through the work of the spirit of one team and its performance groups through which we succeeded in solving many of the problems and overcome many of the obstacles faced by the university during the last period. BU President thanked the external auditors team who follow the standards of the ISO certificate, they reviewed all the procedures and plans that have been implemented within the administrations of the university to confirm the right of Benha University to obtain ISO 9001 certificate for the year As the first Egyptian university succeed in obtaining this prestigious international certificate
