An initial agreement for cooperation between Benha University and Kyushu Institute of Technology, Japan
Benha University and Kyushu Institute of Technology, one of the top three institutes in space science in the world decided to establish a partnership. The program is related to space science for four years at the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra and the fifth year of study at the Japanese Institute. This came during the visit of Prof Elsayed .Elkadi, President of Benha University and the delegation accompanying the Institute where he met with the President of the Institute, his deputies, a number of his professors, the judge and the delegation of Benha University to explain in detail the role played by the Kyushu Institute of Technology and the departments of the Institute. At the end of the tour, Dr Rajab Mujahid, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering in Shubra, signed an agreement with the Institute for Student Exchange and a letter of intent for cooperation between Benha University and Kyushu Institute was signed. After the signing, Prof. Elkady said that "we will seek the approval of the relevant sector committees of the Supreme Council of Universities on the new study program in Shubra Engineering and we will present what we have reached during the visit to the concerned authorities in the State to obtain its approval to start the activities agreed upon, Benha in Obour city.
